I Tre Appartamenti


  Casa Alberti può ospitare fino a 15 persone in 3 appartamenti indipendenti:
“La Torre” da 3 posti letto, composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un salotto con un divano letto singolo, una sala da pranzo con angolo cottura ed un bagno.
“Il Camino” da 8 posti letto, composto da tre camere matrimoniali, un salottino con un divano letto doppio, un salotto con grande camino in pietra serena, una sala da pranzo con angolo cottura e due bagni.

“Il Fienile” da 4 posti letto, composto da un salotto con camino, una sala da pranzo con angolo cottura, due camere doppie ed un bagno.
Ogni appartamento è arredato in modo particolare accostando oggetti tipici della tradizione contadina ad antichi mobili toscani.
 

Inoltre tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di ogni comfort tra i quali le stoviglie, la biancheria e la lavabiancheria, il riscaldamento autonomo, la televisione e – solo per “Il Camino” – l’impianto di TV satellitare.

Tutti gli ospiti di Casa Alberti, hanno a loro disposizione una grande piscina con un’ampia zona per rilassarsi in piena tranquillità mentre, per i più sportivi, nell’immediate vicinanze vi è anche la possibilità di praticare numerosi sport tra i quali l’equitazione, il tennis ed il golf.

 

The Three Apartments


  Casa Alberti can host up to 15 guests in 3 independent apartments:
“La Torre” characterized by the original narrow windows has 3 beds and is made up of 1 room with a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa bed (with single bed), a dining room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom (with large shower).
“Il Camino” has 8 beds and is made up of 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, a small living room with a sofa bed (with queen size bed), a living room with a large open hearth fireplace in “serena” stone, (a beautiful local stone), a dining room with a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms (with 1 large and 1 smaller shower).

“Il Fienile” has 4 beds and is made up of 2 bedrooms (one double and one with a queen size bed), a living room with an open hearth fireplace, a dining room with a kitchenette and 1 bathroom (with large shower).
Each apartment is caringly furnished, combining typical country furnishings from the farmers’ tradition with beautiful antiques from Tuscany.
 

Additionally each apartment has all kinds of comforts amongst which a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washing machine, independent heating, TV (in the larger apartment there is a satellite dish to watch foreign programs).

Since Casa Alberti is an ancient construction with thick stone walls, newly insulated, it never requires the use of air conditioning, as it remains naturally comfortable.
All guests of Casa Alberti have access to the large swimming pool, with plenty of deck space where they can relax in complete tranquillity, while sports enthusiasts can easily participate in all kinds of fitness activities nearby, such as horseback riding, tennis and golf.

Each apartment is caringly furnished, combining typical country furnishings from the farmers’ tradition with beautiful antiques from Tuscany.
